Most tarot sites deal for you.
Here you pick.
Seventy-eight cards face down. You choose the ones that are yours, and the reading is built from those — six spreads, in Hindi or English, free to draw.
Why the tapping isn't decoration
The order is fixed before you see anything. The deck is shuffled, every card's orientation is decided, that order is stored — and your browser is handed nothing but a count.
Then you tap. The positions you chose go back, and all the server can do is read out what was already sitting at them. It cannot see which card you were reaching for, and it cannot change one after the fact. That is the difference between choosing and watching an animation.
- check_circleShuffled with a cryptographic random source, not a clock-seeded one
- check_circleReversals decided at shuffle time, not when you pick
- check_circleNo card data reaches your browser until you have chosen
- check_circleThe same draw always gives the same reading back
Six, and none of them locked
From a single card for the morning to the full ten-card Celtic Cross. Each position is named, because where a card lands is half of what it means.
Card of the day
One card, no question needed. The draw that works when you don't have something specific to ask and want a single thing to hold onto.
Past, present, future
Three cards: what led here, where it stands, where it is heading. The spread most people mean when they say they want a reading.
Celtic Cross
All ten positions, read as one picture rather than ten paragraphs — the heart of it, what crosses it, what is arriving, and where it leads.
Relationship
Five cards covering you, them, what connects you, what strains it, and where it is going. For any relationship, not only romance.
Career
Where you stand, what you are genuinely good at here, what is in the way, what you are not looking at, and the step to take.
Yes or no
One card for a decision you are circling. It gives you a leaning and the reasoning behind it, never a bare verdict you can't argue with.
About these readings
Am I really choosing the cards, or is it decided beforehand?add
You are choosing. The deck is shuffled and every card's orientation is fixed before you touch anything, then the order is stored and the page is told only how many cards to lay out — no card identity is sent to your browser. When you tap, the positions you picked go back and the server reads out what was already sitting there. It cannot change a card after seeing your choice, and it never knows which card you were reaching for.
Which spreads can I use?add
Six. A single card for the day; past, present and future; the full ten-card Celtic Cross; a five-card relationship spread; a five-card career spread; and a yes-or-no draw. All of them are open — there is no locked spread.
Does a reversed card mean the opposite?add
No, and it is read here the way most readers actually read it: reversed usually means the card's energy is blocked, delayed, turned inward or overdone, not inverted into its enemy. The Sun reversed is not darkness; it is warmth you are not letting in. Roughly a third of cards come up reversed, and every reading says in words which way each card fell rather than relying on the picture being upside down.
Will it tell me what is going to happen?add
It won't, and that is a deliberate limit rather than a hedge. The reading names pressures, tendencies and things worth looking at. It will not give you a date, predict a death, an illness, a pregnancy or a breakup, and it will not tell you what to decide. A yes-or-no draw gives you a leaning and the reasoning behind it, so you can disagree with it.
Can I get the same reading again if I close the page?add
Yes — every reading is saved with the exact words you were shown, and you can open it again from your history. A draw is single-use, so re-opening it never quietly produces a different interpretation of the same three cards. Deleting a reading removes it for good.
Can I do a reading during a voice call?add
Yes. Ask Arivyah for a reading on a call and the face-down cards appear on your screen; you tap the ones you want and she reads what came up out loud. Same deck, same two-step draw — she does not pick for you.
Does tarot use my birth chart?add
No, and the two are kept apart on purpose. A tarot reading here is read from the cards you drew and the question you asked, nothing else. Mixing a chart into it would let the reading lean on your placements and then present that as what the cards said.
Can I read in Hindi?add
Yes — Hindi, English or Hinglish, the same as the rest of the app. The card names stay in their traditional form because that is how they are looked up, but everything said about them follows the language you are using.
