How quickly will I get a reply?add
Within 24 hours on business days, usually sooner. If you write over a weekend or an Indian public holiday, expect the reply on the next working day. Every message goes to admin@arivyah.com and is read by a person, not routed to an automated triage bot.
Can someone explain a reading I did not understand?add
Yes, and this is the most common reason people write in. Include the chart name and roughly what the assistant told you, and we will walk back through which calculation produced it — the planetary positions, the dasha period or the yoga that triggered it. Every reading on Arivyah comes from computed values, so there is always a specific figure behind any statement.
I think a calculation is wrong. What should I send?add
Send the birth date, exact birth time, and birth place you entered, plus the figure you think is off and the value you expected. Most reports turn out to be an ayanamsa difference: Arivyah uses Lahiri, and software set to Raman or KP will legitimately place a planet a degree or two away. If it is a genuine error we will tell you plainly and fix it.
Do you offer readings from a human astrologer?add
No. Arivyah computes every chart from Swiss Ephemeris data and explains it with an AI assistant that is not allowed to invent anything the calculation does not support. There are no astrologers on staff, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise — if you want a human consultation, this is not the right service.
How do I delete my account and my birth data?add
Ask in a message, or use the delete option in Settings. Birth data is what makes a chart possible, so deletion removes the charts along with it and cannot be undone. We confirm by email once it is done rather than leaving you to guess.
Where are you based?add
New Delhi 110040, India, and we work with people worldwide. Charts are calculated for the birth location and timezone you enter, not ours, so where we sit makes no difference to your reading — the only practical effect is that replies land on Indian business hours.
